These terms cover your use of pauldavisai.com and the free Pipeline Audit call. I'm Paul Davis, and I run Paul Davis AI. When I say "I" or "me," that's who I mean. By using the site or booking a call, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What I offer
I help businesses respond to new leads faster and keep their CRM up to date, using automation and AI. The Free Pipeline Audit is a 30-minute call where I review how your leads are handled today and share what I would improve first.
The free audit
- The audit is free, and there's no obligation to buy anything afterward.
- It's a conversation and a set of recommendations. It isn't a contract for services.
- If we decide to work together, we'll agree on the scope, price, and timeline in a separate written proposal or agreement. Paid work only starts once you've accepted it in writing.
- I may need to reschedule or cancel a call. If I do, I'll let you know as early as I can.
Your information
Please give me accurate details when you fill out the form or book a call. How I handle that information is explained in my Privacy Policy.
No guarantees
I share my honest recommendations, but I can't promise specific results, such as a number of leads, a conversion rate, or revenue. Results depend on many things outside my control, including your market, your offer, your team, and your sales process. Anything on this site that describes what automation can do is general information, not a promise about your business.
Use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site. That includes trying to break into it, overload it, copy it in bulk, or submit false or harmful information through the form.
Ownership
The text, design, and logo on this site belong to me. You're welcome to view the site and share a link to it, but please don't copy or reuse my content without asking first. Work I deliver to paying clients is covered by the written agreement we sign.
Third-party tools
My site and services rely on tools made by other companies, such as Carrd, Make.com, HubSpot, and Anthropic. I'm not responsible for outages or changes on their side.
Limits on my responsibility
I provide this site and the free audit "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, that come from using the site or acting on what I share in a free audit. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law doesn't allow me to limit.
Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, I'll change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, except where the law where you live requires otherwise. If there's a disagreement, I'd like us to try to sort it out by talking first.
